REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a free return label to send your item back to us.

To get started, simply contact us with your order details, including your order number and either your email address or phone number. Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation. This means that you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. When you return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. To facilitate processing time, you are welcome to include a copy of the order confirmation in the package. 

If you wish to send the item back to us, we can also help you with the label and we will then credit the shipping costs to your refund. Our team will need a copy of your order confirmation to proceed with the return. Once your request is confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice.

After we receive your returned item, we’ll promptly process your refund or exchange.

APPROVAL OF RETURNS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has heavy wear and tear and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.

Once your return has been received and examined, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the full purchase amount back to you.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please follow the instructions provided after contacting us via our website. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the item. You should consider getting tracking for the return of your package. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
